2) Eligibility & Accounts
• You must be 18+ or use the Site with a parent/guardian.
• You’re responsible for safeguarding your account login and for all activity under it.
• Provide accurate, current info at checkout; we may cancel orders for suspected fraud or misuse.
3) Products, Pricing & Availability
• We try to display product colors, textures, and specs accurately; variations may occur due to screen settings, batch differences, and natural hair characteristics.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, out-of-stock).
4) Orders, Payment & Chargebacks
• We accept major cards and select services (e.g., Shop Pay/Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo—availability varies).
• You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected method for the full order amount, taxes, shipping, and any duties.
• Chargebacks/Fraud: Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to account restriction. We provide carrier proof of delivery for disputes.
5) Processing, Shipping & Risk of Loss
• Processing Time (in-stock): Typically 1–3 business days.
• Pre-Orders/Custom Units: Typically 7–14 business days (or as listed on the product page).
• Shipping: We ship via common carriers (e.g., USPS/UPS/FedEx). Transit estimates are provided by carriers and are not guarantees.
• Tracking: Provided upon shipment. Orders $250+ may require signature confirmation.
• Risk of Loss: Passes to you at carrier’s delivery scan/confirmation. We aren’t responsible for packages after confirmed delivery (lost/stolen/misdelivered). File claims with the carrier; we’ll assist where possible.
• Address Issues: You’re responsible for entering a correct, deliverable address. Returned packages due to address errors may incur reship fees.
6) Cancellations & Changes
• Order Changes/Cancellations: Request within 24 hours of purchase and before shipment. Not guaranteed once processing begins.
• Custom/Pre-Order Items: Final sale once processing starts.
7) Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene Policy
For everyone’s health and safety, hair products have strict rules:
• Final Sale (No Return/Exchange):
• Worn, installed, cut, colored, bleached, tinted, washed, brushed, combed, heat-styled, or otherwise altered hair.
• Lace cut or customized (plucked/bleached knots), tags/security ties removed, or packaging missing/damaged.
• Custom units, pre-order items, clearance, and promotional gifts.
• Eligible for Exchange (not refunds) only if unworn/unused, in original packaging with security ties intact, requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Defects/Damage on Arrival: Contact us within 48 hours with order number, photos/video of the issue, and the product in original condition. We’ll evaluate for replacement or store credit.
• Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns (if any).
• Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping unless we made an error. Use a trackable method—items lost in return transit aren’t our responsibility.
Hair Care & Professional Use Disclaimer
• Human hair behaves like natural hair: shedding, tangling, and color variation may occur; proper care (detangling, gentle shampoo/conditioner, heat protection) is required.
• Results vary by install method, stylist skill, and maintenance. We are not liable for damage caused by improper install, coloring/chemical processing, heat styling, or at-home alterations. Consider using a licensed stylist.
9) Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit
• Promo codes can’t be combined unless stated. Expired codes won’t be honored.
• Gift cards/store credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash (unless required by law). Lost or stolen gift cards won’t be replaced.
10) Intellectual Property
• All content on the Site (logos, product photos, text, graphics) is owned by AJCC or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without written permission.
• You may link to our Site in a fair and legal way that doesn’t harm our reputation.
11) User Content & Reviews
• If you post reviews, photos, or videos (“User Content”), you grant AJCC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and Site operations.
• Don’t post anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harassing, or misleading. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
12) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Interfere with Site security or operations;
• Use bots/scrapers without permission;
• Misrepresent your identity or attempt to defraud AJCC or other customers.
13) Third-Party Services
The Site may link to third-party sites or payment processors. We aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies.
14) Warranties & Disclaimers
• AS IS / AS AVAILABLE: The Site and all products/services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.
15) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJCC, its owners, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenues, arising out of your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AJCC harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of law or third-party rights.
17) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
• Good-Faith Resolution: Contact us first at [support@ajcrowndcollections.com]; we aim to make it right.
• Governing Law: Alabama law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
• Venue: Courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama, unless otherwise required by law.
• Arbitration (Optional): If you prefer binding arbitration (AAA/JAMS), add: “Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Jefferson County, Alabama, under the rules of [AAA/JAMS].” (Remove if you’d rather keep court venue only.)
18) Force Majeure
We aren’t liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, supply disruptions).
19) Changes to the Site & to These Terms
We may update products, pricing, and these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
20) Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, plus any policies referenced (e.g., Privacy Policy, Shipping/Returns pages), are the entire agreement between you and AJCC regarding the Site and purchases.

At AJ Crown’d Collections, we pride ourselves on providing premium quality wigs, bundles, and hair extensions. Because our products are considered personal-use items, we have strict hygiene standards. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing
1) Final Sale Items
For the safety and hygiene of all customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
• Wigs, bundles, frontals, and closures that have been worn, installed, washed, brushed, cut, dyed, bleached, plucked, heat-styled, or altered in any way.
• Products with lace cut, tags/security ties removed, or original packaging missing/damaged.
• Custom units, pre-order items, clearance items, and promotional gifts.
2) Return Eligibility
We accept exchanges or store credit (no cash refunds) only if:
• The item is unused, uninstalled, unaltered, with the lace uncut and security ties intact.
• The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is shipped back in its original packaging with all included accessories.
3) Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
• Contact us at [support@ajcrowndcollections.com] within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number, photos/videos showing the issue, and keep the product in its original condition.
• After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or exchange at our discretion.
4) Return Process
1. Email us at [support@ajcrowndcollections.com] to request a Return Authorization (RA).
2. Once approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address.
3. Ship your item back within 3 business days using a trackable shipping method.
4. After inspection, you’ll be notified if your return was approved and whether you’ll receive a replacement or store credit.
5) Shipping Costs
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/defect).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6) Processing Time
• Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item for your replacement or store credit to be processed.
• Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card and emailed to you.
7) Lost or Stolen Packages
• AJ Crown’d Collections is not responsible for packages after the carrier confirms delivery.
• For missing packages, please file a claim with the carrier. We will assist where possible.
Restocking Fee
For eligible returns that meet all criteria, a 15% restocking fee may apply. This covers sanitation, repackaging, and inventory processing.
